Hello! My name is Marivel, the owner of Skintimate Beauty Bar! I have been a licensed Esthetician for over 3 years and have been solo for 2. I have been servicing Full Body Waxing and Luxury Brow Services since I’ve stepped foot into the industry upon graduating from Beauty School! I started my career at the European Wax Center located in Mequon, Wisconsin and have been growing strong in my craft since! Over the course of 3 years, I have gained so many great relationships with my clients. I’ve worked very hard to be where I am and I would like to say that I have built a great reputation for my business and myself! My goal is to provide an outstanding service each and every time you step foot into Skintimate Beauty Bar. Payments: I accept cash and card payments as well as apple-pay! There is a fee if you choose to pay with a card! I am no longer taking payments on cashapp. Parking: There is free parking offered on the side and back of the building! It would be helpful that when you do come in for your appointment that you to enter through the rear end of the building since it is closest to my suite! Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. Please understand that the time and cost of a missed appointment hurts my business. If you are running late to your appointment please do not hesitate to communicate that with me. I allow a 10 minute grace period, so anything after that time frame I may or may not be able to accommodate depending on my availability! Please be respectful of my policies! I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment! A credit card is required at booking. If the card on file has insufficient funds, you will be blocked from booking a future appointment with me until payment fees are collected!
I allow a 5 day grace period after any service is performed for you to come back If I have failed to get rid of all unwanted hair within that time period for a free touch up. Appointment does not need to be set, you can reach out to me directly for me to fit you into my schedule. Anytime after the 5 day grace period would have to be set as a regular appointment and be paid in full!
Please note that refunds are not issued for any appointments that have been fully paid for any service that is completed! Therefore, please follow proper aftercare advised to you during your service to maintain results! Please fill out all release forms truthfully to avoid any complications after your treatment.
